Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Haett mobile app and website (together, the "Service"), operated by Haett Health Private Limited ("Haett", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You can create an account with an email address and password, or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Orders and Payments

Meal plans and orders placed through the Service are paid for via Razorpay. Prices, available plans, and delivery areas may change from time to time.

Refund Policy

Haett does not currently maintain a formal refund policy. Any refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law. For assistance, please contact dev@haett.app.

Cancellation Policy

Haett currently offers prepaid meal plans. At this time, we do not provide a formal cancellation process for purchased meal plans. If you have questions regarding your purchase, please contact dev@haett.app.

Health and Meal Personalization

On iOS, if you choose to connect Apple Health, Haett uses your activity data (active energy burned, workouts, and step count) to personalize meal recommendations. This feature is currently available on iOS only, is optional, and the Service is fully usable without connecting it. Meal recommendations are based on information you provide and are not a substitute for medical or nutritional advice.

Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account from Profile → Delete Account within the app, provided you have no active meal plan and no order currently in progress. This action is irreversible and immediately prevents you from logging in again. Your profile information, saved address, meal preferences, saved meal plans, sessions, and refresh tokens are permanently deleted. Order and subscription records are retained for financial, accounting, and legal purposes, with all personal contact details and delivery addresses removed from them — you will no longer be able to access this history once your account is deleted.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of browsing, ordering, and managing meal plans, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service, or delete your account, at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
